          What software or hardware do I need?
          Yoolaa provide you with a "softphone" that is a VoIP Handset and some PC software.

           

          What happens if I am off line?
          Calls can be forwarded to another PSTN number, as you would using transfer options on a normal telephone line, or delivered to voicemail and forwarded to you by email.
