1. For ASG Risk Assessment team, the problem was the need to be able to look at any document and corporate information wherever they were, whether working from home or from a hotel. So using a laptop computer they do indeed do that. The benefits and outcomes were:

2. For Efficient Air, the problem was improving their systems so that they could handle dramatic corporate growth. Their existing ISO9000 approved systems, to prove that each stage in the delivery of their services had been done, were hugely paper intensive. They also were concerned that their prospecting and sales process had leaks in it. Also they wanted to be able to work anywhere without the need to keep opening new offices. The outcomes have been:

3. For International Horizons, Property Consultants, the problem was the mountain of paperwork so they had had to start looking for larger office premises. Their solution was contained in the facility to file all the documents they received electronically in a multi-directional electronic filing system. The key need was to be able to find the relevant information, for buying or selling properties in whatever country quickly, to send it to their client and then to be able to follow-up. The benefits & outcomes were:

4. For Encoded, Interactive Voice Response Software, the problems were that the corporate information was in lots of different places and systems. They needed shared diaries, email filing system, project develpment controls, sales pipeline and sales opportunity management, a helpdesk system, integration with accounts, in summary they needed to bring everything into one place. The results have been:
