Our primary services which work together but can be used separately are eLink CRM & business management system and VoIP Advantage voip telephone system. Both are provided as a service over the Internet so there are no huge up-front costs.

To get you started, a single-user eLink lite system is free of charge, though some people spend £200 with us for initial data import and some personal training. You can then open it up to the rest of your team when you're ready.

VoIP Advantage phone system for a single line (ten extensions) with a 'hunt' group for your PC, your laptop and your mobile, costs £7.70 per month with £9.99 set-up fee. The handset costs upto £15 and software $30. (All values exclude Vat.)

You'll need a PC with Microsoft Office incl MS Outlook and also a broadband connection (we recommend BE or ZEN.)

Yoolaa software enables you to raise Sales Invoices and register Purchase Invoices. It includes an online diary that synchronises the details and the contacts details to your PDA. Also included is a comprehensive filing facility for all your documents and emails; actions to do and a reminder system.
