The starting point for almost everything in Yoolaa.

Well, it's almost the first place to start, however I always start at my MS Outlook In Box, after log-in to Yoolaa / eLink. Yoolaa and eLink are totally integrated with MS Outlook, even to the extent of having a special bar on the Outlook screen.

As you can see, there's an extra row in Outlook. These extra icons present options for dealing with your emails to (a) Convert to a document; (b)Convert to a diary entry (c) Convert to an action (d) to find a contact (e) to look instantly at the full detail of an intermal notification from another user (Phenomenal) (f) add a contact (g) Synchronise with Link (and Yoolaa) and therefore synchonise with your PDA; and finally two options for when you are invited to an internal meeting to accept or decline (autoatically informing the system and the originator.

This means that I delete rubbish emails and put all my useful emails into Yoolaa / eLink either as an action (preferably to be delegated!) as a diary entry if its about an external meeting or as a document if I'm just filing it.

Then I look at the eLink Navigator bar and specifically at the LINK Today button (bottom left) as this shows me my diary for today, my to-do-list for today and also any tasks which have a deadline date on them. I have everything there, that I need to work on.
